This property has a lot to offer! On the main floor you will experience open concept living with vaulted ceilings over a large living room centered around a cozy gas fireplace and huge flat screen tv and nestled in the corner you’ll find a quaint workspace. With a dining table for 10 and an additional breakfast bar, you will have more than enough room to feed your entire crew! The first patio is located just off the living room and boasts forest and mountain views along with an al fresco dining space and propane grill!

Just down the hall from the great room you will find the master suite with a king bed, tons of closet space, tv in room and access to another sweeping patio. The master has a detached full-sized bathroom and the laundry room is just next door. The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed with an on suite bathroom, wall mounted TV and patio access as well!

The 2nd floor of this home will surely be the perfect hang out for kids and adults alike! With sleeping for 6 in beds and a large sectional sofa this enormous room feels like a whole other home! The sleeping arrangements include a queen sized bed, a twin over full bunk bed, a twin trundle bed and a full sized air mattress. The 3rd and final bathroom is also upstairs and is large enough to accommodate the upstairs crew with a double vanity and separate tub and shower.

While you are up in the Penthouse, you can rest assured that your car will be nice and warm and snow free as it’s parked below you in the complimentary covered parking garage! IMPORTANT NOTE ON PARKING - Please note the Parking Garage is under the building and the clearance is extremely low. Only 1 car is allowed for this condo- VV6. Large vehicles will not be able to fit and will need to be parked at nearby lots such as at the Free Parking Garage at Cooper Creek Shopping area. Thanks for your understanding.

This home is perfectly situated in Winter Park and ideal for winter and summer vacationers alike. The free bus service picks up just steps from your front door and runs year-round with service to Winter Park Resort and Fraser and tons of stops in between.
