This mountain top retreat is located in a wooded and private desirable subdivision high in the Rocky Mountains. Perfectly located for year around enjoyment and centrally located with easy access to Winter Park Resort, Pole Creek Golf Course, Devils Thumb Ranch, Lake Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs and Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Pet friendly, with prior approval and a fee of $100/pet will be charged once the booking is confirmed.

This private paradise its on a heavily wooded 3 acre lot and is the perfect location for leaf lookers interested in prime aspen viewing and changing colors. Relax and sip a cup of coffee or an adult beverage after a long day skiing, hiking, mountain biking, golfing or fishing from your patio or deck soaking in the views and sunshine. This rustic home boasts two master suites, a large kitchen and dining area, and two living areas allowing for multiple families to enjoy a retreat together with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy.

Both master bedrooms have on suite sitting areas and dedicated bathrooms, and have king sized beds with all new linen and comforters. The 3rd bedroom has 2 sets of captains bunks ,with twin over fulls, for a total of 4 beds.

Whether your nestled in front of the fireplace with a good book or perched on one of the several decks taking in spanning views of Byers Peak, this is the perfect location for relaxation. This home is equipped with Direct Tv services and DVD's, and wifi, however due to it's remote location high in the Rocky Mountains, wifi and cell service can often be spotty, and good family conversations may result.

- The property is approximately 9.5 miles from downtown Winter Park. From the properties driveway it takes approximately 13 minutes to get to downtown Winter Park.
- Pole Creek Golf Course is less than 10 minutes from the property
- Lake Granby is 15 miles from the property
- Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is only 25 miles from the property
- Hot Sulphur Springs is 20 miles from the property

    We rented this property over Thankgsgiving, 2 families and 1 dog. It was the perfect location to unplug and get outside. The place is very clean and had more than everthing needed. The two master bedrooms were amazing and super spacious. Thank you!

    Very nice place to stay! very clean, it has everything you need, we drove from Sioux Falls SD, Our daughter just had surgery 3 weeks before we left so it was a little hard for her to get up and down the stairs, and I didn't know how long of a drive it would be from Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes. But the scenery is beautiful! I would totally recommend this cabin.

    We gathered for a family reunion and this was convenient for a variety of activities everyone wanted to do in the area. Alex was a great contact for the rental. The kitchen was well stocked with almost every appliance needed to prepare meals. The bedding and other linens were top quality. The aspen meadow down from the house was a great place for our grandchildren to explore and play. We spotted various wildlife, much to the delight of everyone. Bedrooms were private for the two master suites. Nice week in the Colorado meetings.

    This was a great home inside and out. The area around was beautiful. Very pieceful. We saw a couple of Deer outside the house one evening and a fox roaming around the next morning...Just a great relaxing experience.

    The house is very well kept and worked very well for our family of 6 and our dogs. There is a garage to pull into if needed. The house has plenty of bakeware, dishes, etc. for you to make any meal of the day and has most every essential there that you would need (except food of course). It is not far from Grand Lake or Winterpark. Highly recommend staying here.
