THE BEST VIEWS IN THE FRASER VALLEY! On the high hill above the Fraser River you can soak in unobstructed views of Byers Peak, Winter Park Resort, Parry’s Peak and the Continental Divide. Moose are often spotted foraging along the Fraser River below, you will not be disappointed enjoying a cup of coffee on the deck each morning watching the sun rise over the Continental Divide or having an evening cocktail and dinner while the sun sets to the west. This townhome is located on the free shuttle route and there is a trail outside your door that leads down to the Fraser River Trail system, offering hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails for your enjoyment.

This spacious 4-bedroom, 4 bathroom residence has enough sleeping arrangements for 10 guests and a open layout great for families or any group. All the modern comforts you’ll need to feel as relaxed as possible during your stay are here, including a private hot tub, and the best views in the Fraser Valley.

The entry floor to this home, which would be considered the 2nd floor, begins with a welcoming entry hall complete with gear storage, immediately followed by the first queen bedroom and adjacent bathroom. Off the bedroom is 1 of several large patio spaces. Continuing down the main floor hall will bring you into the recently updated, fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything you’ll need. This area also includes a dining table with room for 6 and a breakfast bar area with seating for 3 more, all beneath enormous panel sky lights with breathtaking views and plenty of natural lighting.

As you climb to the 3rd floor the views continue, the next bedroom with a queen bed is complete with an on-suite bathroom, and sweeping views with a private patio. Just down the hall on the top floor is the 3rd bedroom, with a queen bed and it's own private bathroom.

Continuing back downstairs to the 1st floor and main living area, you are greeted by a comfy sectional sofa focused around the living room's gas fireplace. This living space boasts 2 walls of windows and expansive views, one complete with sliding doors to the 3rd patio space including a gas grill. An additional den area sits just behind the living room with more seating and room.

Just beyond the den area is a private enclosed hot tub room and a built in wet bar.
The final bedroom and 4th bathroom are located on this lower floor. This bedroom is complete with bunk beds, perfect for the little ones in the family.

This property is centrally located, just 10 minutes away from phenomenal skiing in Winter Park and offers a free bus shuttle that picks up in front of the complex. The townhome is also conveniently situated near various grocery stores, shops and delicious restaurants.

    We have stayed here before and do love the condo. It has a great location, a fun layout, bright light and plenty of beds. I would say that I would change the mattresses in this unit as 3/4 of the adults struggled with sleep and back issues after the first night. The toiletries were nice, but the unit had little to no dishwashing detergent when we arrived. Not a huge deal, just something to keep an eye on.

    Overall, we LOVED the condo. It fit our families perfectly and having 3 levels was fun for the kids. The living room and views were also wonderful! There were only a couple issues we found with the property: 1) When we gave our kids a bath in the 3rd story bath, it started leaking through one of the lights in the kitchen. 2) Someone had put a lot of the pots, pans, and silverware back in the drawers dirty before our arrival 3) The chairs at the kitchen table were very wobbly, and we were concerned they'd break at some point.

    Again, overall we LOVED the condo and would 100% stay again.

    The view from the property was very nice as described. There is a grocery store very nearby. You can arrange for the shuttle to Winter Park to pick up across the street. There is lots of space and the rooms were generally clean and well maintained, although not all of the blinds worked and the windows were a bit drafty and leaky. The cleanliness of the kitchen left something to be desired. The pots had food stuck on them, the dishes were dirty, and my son got a shard of glass stuck in his finger when reaching for a glass in the cupboard. I would recommend the owners/management company to fix the windows and blinds and to make sure that guests don't have to do the dishes first thing when they arrive.
